Important aspects to consider:
To make a reservation, a 25% initial payment is required. In case of cancellation, this amount will not be refunded. The remaining 75% must be paid in cash before installation, upon our arrival at the agreed-upon location.
Before proceeding with the installation of our castle, it's necessary to sign a contract that releases us from liability in case of accidents.
Entering the inflatable castle with shoes or food is prohibited.
The inflatable castle must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times, ensuring proper use by the children.
It's important to avoid somersaults, rough games, or climbing on and hanging from the walls of the inflatable castle.
Our delivery and collection hours are from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. It's important to note that the rental is not for a full 24 hours, but for the day of the event. Rentals are reserved for the agreed-upon day, and within our established hours, the customer has the freedom to select the hours of castle use.
Our inflatable games comply with EU regulations and are manufactured with all necessary safety measures. Additionally, we have liability insurance to provide greater peace of mind to our customers.
Our inflatable castles will be installed following all safety measures to ensure the protection of the children during use.
Once the date is confirmed and the reservation is made, the installation will be scheduled. On the day of the event, one of our technicians will transport the inflatable castle to the agreed-upon site and will take care of its assembly. At the end of the event, at the previously agreed-upon times, our technician will collect the inflatable castle.
